We’re excited you chose Funky Fox! Below is everything you and your customers need to know about how we pack, ship and deliver orders.
1. Overview — short version

Orders are printed on demand and shipped once production is complete.

Production (printing + packing) usually takes 5–10 business days for most items; during peak seasons or custom requests this can extend up to 14 business days.

Domestic (India) shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International shipping transit typically takes 10–25 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any available promotions (free shipping thresholds, coupon-based shipping discounts) will be shown at checkout.
2. Processing & production times (important)
Because Funky Fox products are printed per order, there is a production step before we hand the package to the courier.

Order received → Production starts: We aim to begin production within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, subject to order volume.

Production duration: Most orders finish production in 5–10 business days. Custom prints, large/bulk orders, or peak-season demand can increase this to up to 14 business days.

Dispatch: Once produced and quality-checked, your order is dispatched and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation + tracking number by email and WhatsApp.
Note: Production and dispatch are separate from courier transit time. Please allow both when estimating delivery.
3. Shipping transit times (estimates)
Transit time begins when the carrier picks up the parcel from our fulfillment partner.

Within India (standard): 2–7 business days after dispatch (metro areas are usually faster).

Within India (express): 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available).

International (standard/economy): 10–25 business days after dispatch (customs clearance and local delivery can add time).

International (express): 5–10 business days after dispatch (where express courier services are used).
Transit times are estimates only — actual delivery may vary because of courier performance, local holidays, customs, or force majeure events.
4. Shipping carriers
We work with trusted courier partners and shipping networks (examples include Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL, India Post and others). The exact carrier for your order may change depending on destination, service level, and availability. Carrier details and tracking links are included in the dispatch email.
5. Shipping rates & promotions

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping speed.

Any active shipping promotions (free shipping thresholds or coupon offers) will be applied at checkout and shown before you pay.

6. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and WhatsApp message when possible) with a tracking number and link.

Use the provided tracking link to view current shipment status. If tracking is not updating, wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers delay status updates) and then contact us if there’s no progress.
7. Multiple items / split shipments

Orders containing multiple products or items fulfilled from different printers/locations may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Tracking and estimated delivery dates for each package will be included in dispatch communications.
8. Delivery issues — lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If something goes wrong, we’ll help — please follow these steps:

Check your tracking link first for the latest status.

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the parcel, check with neighbors and your local post office/courier hub. If still missing, contact us ASAP.

If the parcel is delayed or shows an exception, wait 24–48 hours for carrier updates, then contact us if there’s no movement.

For damaged items on arrival, take clear photos of the packaging and product (including close-ups of damage) and send them to officialfunkyfox@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9350473793 within 15 days of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement/refund if the damage is our responsibility.

For lost shipments, we’ll open an investigation with the courier. If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll either reship or refund the order according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Important: Using a tracked shipping method for returns and keeping tracking evidence speeds up investigations. Funky Fox is not responsible for parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Address accuracy & changing/cancelling orders

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Funky Fox is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect addresses submitted at the time of order.

Change of address or cancellation: Contact us immediately at officialfunkyfox@gmail.com or +91-9350473793. If the order has not entered production, we’ll attempt to modify or cancel it. If production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. (We recommend contacting us within 2 hours of placing an order for the best chance of modification/cancellation.)
10. Undeliverable parcels & returns to sender

If a courier is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you. Re-shipment may incur additional shipping charges. If you do not request re-shipment within 15 days of notification, we may issue a refund minus original shipping costs (or offer store credit), subject to inspection and our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Funky Fox cannot predict or reimburse these charges. Please check local customs rules before ordering.
12. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be offered where available at checkout. COD orders may have additional charges applied by the courier — these will be shown at checkout. Refunds for COD orders may be issued as bank transfer or store credit as per our Return & Refund Policy.
13. Expedited / bulk / wholesale orders

For expedited requests or bulk/wholesale orders, contact us at officialfunkyfox@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9350473793 to discuss production and shipping options. Expedited production or shipping may incur additional fees.
14. Force majeure & courier disruptions

Transit times may be affected by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier network disruptions, government actions). In such cases we’ll do our best to communicate delays and work with carriers to get orders delivered as soon as possible.
