To help us solve things quickly, please include:

  • Order number (example: FFX12345)

  • Full name on the order

  • Phone number and delivery address (if relevant)

  • Clear photos/screenshots for product issues (front, back, close-ups)

  • Short description of the problem or request (refund, exchange, size issue, custom order, etc.)

1) Email
Use officialfunkyfox@gmail.com for order attachments, invoices, and detailed requests. Best for returns, refunds, and anything that needs documentation.

2) WhatsApp / Call

Order issues — a quick guide

  • I entered the wrong address / want to cancel: Message us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number. If production hasn’t started we may be able to update or cancel.

  • Item arrived damaged / incorrect / defective: Send photos + order number to officialfunkyfox@gmail.com or WhatsApp. See our Return & Refund Policy for the process.

  • Missing parcel / tracking shows delivered but I didn’t get it: Check with neighbours and your local courier office first, then contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Business & wholesale enquiries

Interested in bulk orders, collaborations, or retail partnerships? Email business@discoverfunkyfox.com (or use officialfunkyfox@gmail.com and put “Wholesale / B2B” in the subject) — include quantities, designs or sample requests and we’ll reply with pricing and lead times.

We’re based in New Delhi (address above). If you’d like to visit our office/warehouse, please book an appointment via WhatsApp so we can arrange a staff member to assist you.
