We’re glad you picked Funky Fox! Because our products are print-on-demand and lovingly made for every order, we try to keep things fair, friendly and simple. Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges and refunds.


1. At-a-glance summary

  • Change of mind? Because each item is printed per order, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted. However, we may issue a one-time exchange or store credit within 7 days for unused, unworn items at our discretion. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind.

  • Defective / wrong item? We’ll make it right. Report defects or incorrect items within 15 days of delivery — we will replace the item or issue a refund and cover return shipping if the fault is ours.

  • Order cancellations: Cancellations must be requested immediately. We can cancel orders only if printing/shipping hasn’t started. Contact us ASAP — usually within 2 hours of placing the order for the best chance of cancellation.

2. Why we have this policy (short)

Most Funky Fox products are custom-printed per order so we can avoid waste and give you fresh, high-quality prints. That’s why returns for “I changed my mind” are limited — but we fully stand behind items with manufacturing defects or mistakes on our part.


3. What is eligible for return / refund / replacement

Eligible (we’ll help)

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong design, size other than what you ordered, or wrong product delivered). Report within 15 days of delivery with photos.

  • Items with printing errors (major misprint, severe misalignment, or large smudges) — we may ask for photos and the item back so our team can investigate.

Not eligible (please note)

  • Normal wear & tear, fading after prolonged use, or damage caused by misuse.

  • Minor variations in print placement or color (small shifts and shade variation are normal in POD).

  • Personalized / made-to-order items unless they are defective or we made an error in customization.

  • Items returned without prior approval from Funky Fox. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


4. Timeframes & refund method

Reporting window

  • Defects / wrong item: Report within 15 days of delivery.

  • Change of mind (exchange / store credit request): Request within 7 days and item must be unused, tags attached and in original packaging.

How refunds are issued

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, netbanking, or payment gateway) within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times can vary by bank/payment provider.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as a bank transfer or store credit (we’ll confirm with you). Please provide bank details if required.


5. Return & exchange process (step-by-step)

  1. Contact us first. Email officialfunkyfox@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call +91-9350473793 with:

    • Order number

    • Full name and shipping address

    • Photos of the item (front, back, close-ups of defect)

    • Short description of the issue/request

  2. We review. Our support team will review and respond within 48 hours with the next steps and an RMA/return approval if applicable.

  3. Pack the item. If a return is approved, pack the item securely in original packaging where possible. Include a copy of the order/invoice or RMA note.

  4. Ship the item.

    • For defective / wrong items where it’s our fault: we will provide prepaid return instructions or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after inspection.

    • For change of mind/exchanges: you are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Use a tracked shipping method — we recommend keeping tracking details until refund/exchange is complete.

  5. Inspection & resolution. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm replacement, refund or store credit. Expect this within 7 business days of our receiving the return.


6. Replacements & production time

If we approve a replacement (for defect or wrong item), we will print and ship the replacement. Replacements typically take 7–14 business days to produce and dispatch, depending on stock and shipping destination. We’ll send tracking details once the new order ships.


7. Shipping costs & who pays

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item): we cover the return shipping and the cost of the replacement / refund.

  • For change-of-mind returns or exchanges: customer pays return shipping.

  • International customers: original international shipping, customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Funky Fox. Return shipping from your country is your responsibility unless the item is defective or the error was ours.


8. Lost returns / tracking

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier for returns. If a returned parcel is lost and there is no tracking/proof of delivery, we may be unable to process the refund until the package is located. Funky Fox isn’t responsible for loss of returns sent without tracking.


9. Partial refunds / restocking

In rare cases (item returned used, missing tags, or damaged by the customer), we may issue a partial refund or offer store credit after inspection. There are no restocking fees for returns approved because of our error.


10. Cancellation policy (before production)

  • If you want to cancel, contact us immediately at officialfunkyfox@gmail.com or +91-9350473793.

  • Because printing often starts quickly, cancellations are only possible if the order has not entered production. This window is usually within 2 hours of placing the order; we’ll confirm status when you contact us.

Q. Can I exchange for a different size/design?
A. If your item is unused and within 7 days, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Customer pays return shipping for exchanges unless the item was wrong/defective.

Q. How long until I get my refund?
A. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Q. My item arrived damaged — what now?
A. We’re sorry! Send photos and your order number to officialfunkyfox@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9350473793 within 15 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if the damage is our fault.

Q. I never received my order.
A. Check the tracking link first. If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t get it, contact us immediately and we’ll open an investigation with the courier.
